1. The series products have horizontal flat lathe and all parts are casted together,body of lathe, head of lathe, saddles of lathe,legs of lathe and other basic parts are all using resin sand, valid artificial treatment make the whole lathe with good stability.
2. Guide rail of lathe have been gived supersonic quenching,the intersectant point of saddles of lathe and sliding plate have been handled with pasting superdurable plastic,removable parts make it possible to feed slowly to avoide creep.
3. Feeding system has servo motor, the precise ball screw, high rigid and the precise composite bearing structure which can give us accurate positioning and efficient transmission.
4. Our products hold Spindle high speed, wide range of speed-changing, and the low noise. There are three gears in main transmission and the frequency conversion of motor make it possible to shift freely.
5. The design of the protected appearance is according to international popular trend, novel and unique, waterproof, crumbs- prevented, easy to maintain, and can also reflects the time characteristics.
6.Equipped with the centralized lubrication for the intersectant point of the ball screw and guide rail, which can effectively improve the characteristics of dynamic response of the machine and service life of guide rail of ball screw
7. We have vertical and tetrahedral electrical knife rest, vertical and hexahedral electrical knife rest , horizontal and hexahedral electric knife rest, quick-changed knife rest and others for choice.
8. According to customer’s demands ,manual, automatic, hydraulic chuck or manual, automatic, hydraulic tailstock can be supported.
9. The control system have FANUC, Siemens, GSK, HNC and other international famous brand for choice.
