Pipe thread CNC lathe is specially designed for the applications in the national oil, geology, mining, chemical and agricultural irrigation and other departments. Compared with common lathe, pipe thread CNC lathe is economic and convenient and can effectively fulfill machining work of all kinds of straight pipe thread and taper pipe thread, such as pipe fittings, straw, casing pipe, tubing pipe, mine pipe, pump tube etc. Based on the features of the above mentioned apartments, this machine can also process metric thread, inch thread and module thread, and cut all kinds of spindle and plate parts, which can cover the function of common CNC lathes. Therefore, pipe thread CNC lathe is indeed the ideal product for departments of petroleum, geology, chemicals and agriculture.


• Products of this series adopt horizontal flat lathe with whole bed casting structure, lathe bed, lathe head, lathe saddles, lathe legs and other basic parts are all cast with resin sand, valid artificial treatment makes the whole lathe with good stability;


• Guide rail of lathe adopts supersonic quenching, rail joint surface of the saddle and sliding plate adopts "laminating" handling, removable parts make it possible for micro feed to avoid creeping;


• The feeding system has servo motor, precise ball screw, high rigidity and precision of composite bearing structure, which guarantees the accurate positioning and efficient transmission;


• High speeds of the spindle, wide range of speed-changing, and low noise. Three gears variable-speed and variable-frequency motor in main transmission make it possible to shift freely;


•The protected design of the appearance is according to international popular trend, novel and unique, waterproof, crumbs-prevented, easy to maintain; and reflects the characteristics of thetimes;


•The follow-up operation box makes it convenient for the operator to tool setting at a near distance, which represent the humanized design;


• Equipped with the centralized lubricator to conduct mandatory self-lubrication for the joint surface of the ball screw and guide rail, which can effectively improve the characteristics of dynamic response of the machine and the service life of the guide rail of ball screw;


• There are vertical four-station electrical knife rest, vertical six-station electrical knife rest, horizontal six-station electric knife rest, quick-changed knife rest and others for choice;


• According to customers’ demands, we can support manual chucks, pneumatic chucks and hydraulic chucks or manual tailstocks, pneumatic tailstocks and hydraulic tailstocks;


• There are control systems of FANUC, Siemens, GSK, HNC and other international famous brands for choice.
