• Products of this series adopt horizontal flat lathe with whole bed casting structure, lathe bed, lathe head, lathe saddles, lathe legs and other basic parts are all cast with resin sand, valid artificial treatment makes the whole lathe with good stability;
• Guide rail of lathe adopts supersonic quenching, rail joint surface of the saddle and sliding plate adopts "laminating" handling, removable parts make it possible for micro feed to avoid creeping;

• Equipped with the centralized lubricator to conduct mandatory self-lubrication for the joint surface of the ball screw and guide rail, which can effectively improve the characteristics of dynamic response of the machine and the service life of the guide rail of ball screw;
• There are vertical four-station electrical knife rest, vertical six-station electrical knife rest, horizontal six-station electric knife rest, quick-changed knife rest and others for choice;
• According to customers’ demands, we can support manual chucks, pneumatic chucks and hydraulic chucks or manual tailstocks, pneumatic tailstocks and hydraulic tailstocks;
